WidgetNova operates entirely on your Mac. The app does not transmit your files, data, or any personal information to any external server. All data is stored locally.
WidgetNova does not create user profiles, analytics identifiers, or cloud backups. We do not collect your contacts, documents, clipboard contents, or any other personal information. All interactions remain on your device.
WidgetNova does not require screen recording or accessibility permissions. The app only uses standard macOS APIs to create desktop floating windows. If folder access is needed (e.g., for the Photos widget to select a photo folder), macOS will display a standard file picker for you to manually choose.
All configuration data and widget states are stored within the app sandbox container. Uninstalling the app will remove all stored data.
Diagnostic information is only generated when you actively choose to export it. We recommend reviewing the content before sharing with support.
